The Mounties drop two on the road in Edmonton

Mounties took a 7-1 lead after one with goals from Mason Rockley, Owen MacCarthy, and Arley Wasson
Coltan Tagg and Carter Cook each picked up two goals in the first.
The Miners scored seven goals in the second period, while the Mounties scored four, resulting in an 11-8 game.
Goals included a pair from Max Janousek, Rockley’s second of the game and a goal from Caiden Moon.
In the third period, the Miners staged a comeback, scoring five goals while the Mounties were unable to score, resulting in a 13-11 victory for the Miners.
In the second game of the weekend, both teams remained tied 3-3 after the first period.
MacCarthy scored two goals, while Dexter Hannigan scored his 12th of the season with a rebound off the wall.
In the second the Miners outscored the Mounties 6-3 to take a 9-3 lead.

In the final period, the Miners edged the Mounties 2-1 for an 11-7 win.
Arley Wasson picked up the lone third-period goal on the powerplay.
The Mounties dropped two on the road and will return to Calgary for a home-and-away with the Raiders to wrap up the season.

Mason Rockley scored three goals and picked up five assists over the weekend. The 19-year-old now has 8 goals and 21 points this season, including four on the powerplay.
